Holland: PhD Student Position in Education and International Development
The aim of the PhD studentship is to accomplish a PhD dissertation on one of these subjects and to fulfill apprenticeships in the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Requirements

A Master's degree in International Development Studies, preferably in the field of educational studies or a social science (Human Geography, Anthropology, Sociology or Political Science) with a focus upon developing countries

Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
A good command of English.

Appointment
This will be a full-time appointment (1.0 FTE, 38 hours per week) initially for a period of one year. Subject to satisfactory performance, this may be extended up to four years. The gross monthly salary will be € 1,933 on a full-time basis.
